Anxiety therapy can help when your mind won’t slow down, constantly scanning for what might go wrong. Together, we’ll work to ease that overwhelm, understand what your anxiety is trying to protect you from, and build tools that help you feel more grounded and in control.

Autism & Neurodiversity

You may have spent years feeling different, misunderstood, or like you had to push yourself to fit expectations that don’t quite work for you. As an autistic or neurodivergent adult, therapy can be a space to better understand your brain, reduce burnout and shame, and build a life that supports who you actually are.

Exploring your identity can bring both clarity and uncertainty. I offer a supportive, affirming space to process your experiences, navigate changes if desired, and build a stronger sense of self grounded in self-compassion rather than shame. I support people exploring identity in many forms, including transgender, nonbinary, and gender-diverse clients.
